Heavy load grating

JK Technic offers heavy load grating, also known as heavy duty grating, for any project requiring significant load-bearing capacity. 
 

As its name suggests, it is used for light vehicle traffic, heavy vehicle traffic and 3.5T vehicle traffic, and is primarily used as an industrial floor or parking area for heavy vehicles (trucks, helicopters, tank transporters, tanks, etc.). 
 

This reinforced grating features particularly thick bearing bars. 
 

Heavy load grating is generally press locked but can also be produced as press welded grating. 
 

These gratings, also referred to as heavy load gratings, comply with load classes B125 (car load), C250 (truck load) and D400 (38T cast iron load) of standard EN 1433. 
 

JK Technic heavy load grating is perfectly suited to withstand several tonnes without risk. Safety is guaranteed as we adapt the mesh opening and grating thickness according to the specific constraints.

Heavy press locked grating also finds application in viticulture. Used at the foot of hillside vineyards, it allows agricultural machinery to access the vines, creating a walkway that prevents tractors and machines from becoming bogged down.
